Holiday Spectacular “Peace, Love, Joy”

HOLIDAY SPECTACULAR VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

  • Over 400 singers and dancers from TEN choirs!
  • Over 40 instrumentalists in the Pit Orchestra
  • Over 30 students on tech crew
  • 5 rehearsals outside of school
  • 5 SOLD OUT performances of over 1,000 people each
The combinations of all of the above means that we need A LOT of volunteers to pull this off! We need ALL choir parents to find at least a small way to help during this most wonderful time of the year. With five performances, you can enjoy just being a spectator for a night or two, and then give a bit of time during another show to allow other parents to relax. Thank you! PARTICIPANT TICKET SALES

Each member of the Holiday Spectacular production may purchase up to 10 tickets total during the preferential ticket sale (pre-sale). Student members or their representative (parent, family member, friend) may purchase their tickets in grade level order on their specified day. You will need to enter your last name and student ID number to verify your order.

Pre-Sale Timeline:

  • Seniors: Tuesday, November 1 – 9:00AM, expires at midnight
  • Juniors: Wednesday, Nov 2 – 9:00AM, expires at midnight
  • Sophomores: Thursday, Nov 3 – 9:00AM, expires at midnight
  • Freshmen: Friday, Nov 4 – 9:00AM, expires at midnight

Directions to purchase pre-sale tickets:

  • On your assigned ticket purchase day, go to: https://secure.payk12.com/school/Carmel—Performing-Arts/671/events
    • This link should display all events. If you don’t see the show you are looking for, click “view all events” in the upper right corner. You may also need to click the “next” button on the bottom right of the screen to display more options.
    • Be sure you have chosen the correct date you wish to
  • When prompted to “Verify Information”
    • Column 1: student’s last name in traditional format, for example: Cook
    • Capitalized, no spaces before or after
    • Hyphenated last name example: Crabtree-Cook
    • Column 2: student’s ID number used at school, 9 digits
  • Your verification codes expire at midnight on your assigned purchase If you miss the date or want to buy more than 10 tickets you will have to wait until tickets go on sale to the public.

Tickets will go on sale to the public at 9:00AM on Wednesday, November 9th. At that time you are welcome to buy additional tickets and will not need to verify your purchase. There will be no limit to the number of tickets purchased beginning November 9th at 9:00AM.
