Ticketing Information

2025-2026 Ticket Sales for Choir Participants

Each performer/member may purchase up to SIX (6) tickets during their pre-sale window. Students or their representative (parent, family member, friend) may purchase tickets starting on their specified day (see attached schedule). If you miss your pre-sale day, don’t fret! You can still make your purchase after the roll out day. If you need to purchase more than six tickets, you must wait until tickets go on sale to the public.

How to purchase pre-sale tickets:

Please note! This information only applies to students participating in the performance.

  1. Go to: carmelperformingarts.ludus.com
  2. Scroll to the desired choir event.
  3. Your Access code is the Student’s 9-digit Student ID#. This code will allow you to purchase 6 tickets. It expires once tickets go on sale to the public. If you miss the window or want to buy more than 6 tickets you can do that when tickets go on sale to the public.
  4. All sales are final! Please double check your selections, including the date of
    the performance and the location of your seats before completing your payment.
  5. Tickets are electronically delivered. You will have a choice to receive them by text, email, or to print right from the payment page.

  • Performing Arts Administrative Assistant, April Culbertson, is available for assistance between 8:30am-3:30pm on school days (email is preferred). Please include your phone number in your communication.
  • Wheelchair spaces are blocked from online purchase. Patrons needing to purchase accessible seats should contact Mrs. Culbertson for assistance.

Fall Choir Concert
Performance: Thursday, September 25, at 7:00pm
CHS Auditorium – reserved seating – all seats $7 – all choirs will perform

Online pre-sale window for performers & members of production only (6 ticket limit):

  • Seniors – sales begin Tue, Sept 9, at NOON.
  • Juniors – sales begin Wed, Sept 10, at NOON
  • Sophomores – sales begin Thu, Sept 11, at NOON
  • Freshmen – sales begin Fri, Sept 12, at NOON

Holiday Spectacular
Performance Dates/Times:
Thursday and Friday, December 4 & 5, at 7pm
Saturday, December 6, at 2pm & 7pm
Sunday, December 7, at 2pm
CHS Auditorium – reserved seating – tiered pricing $12-$22 – all choirs will perform

Choral Showcase
Performance: Thursday, February 26, at 7pm
CHS Auditorium – reserved seating – all seats $7 – concert choirs will perform: Blue and Gold Company, Counterpoints, Expressions, Greyhound Sound, Rhapsody, Select Sound, and featured soloists.

An Evening of Show Choir
Performance: Friday, March 27, at 7pm
CHS Auditorium – reserved seating – tiered pricing $10-$20 – show choirs will perform: Accents, Ambassadors, Allegro, New Edition

Online pre-sale window for performers & members of production only (6 ticket limit):

  • Seniors – sales begin Tue, March 10, at NOON
  • Juniors – sales begin Wed, March 11, at NOON
  • Sophomores – sales begin Thu, March 12, at NOON
  • Public sales begin Mon, March 16, at 9:00am

Ear Candy: A Select Sound Concert
Performance: Friday, April 17, at 7:30pm
CHS Auditorium – general admission – all seats $7 – Select Sound will perform.

Early admittance to Auditorium for Select Sound families
Public sales begin Mon, March 30, at 9:00am – no limit on number of tickets

Spring Choir Concert
Performance: Thursday, April 23, at 7pm
CHS Auditorium – reserved seating – all seats $7 – all choirs will perform

  • Sale begins to all members of production Thu, April 16, at 12 NOON
